Article 1 — Agreement to Terms

1.1These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of luxuriad.com, operated by Luxuriad LLC, d/b/a Luxuriad Development, a New York limited liability company offering luxury construction, site development, design-build, and construction management services throughout New York's Hudson Valley.

1.2By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and policies incorporated herein by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, and Intellectual Property Policy. If you do not agree to them, you must not use this site. Effective as of September 27, 2026.

1.3Luxuriad LLC reserves its right to modify these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion, without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect upon posting. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes your full acceptance of all revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.

Article 2 — Permitted Use of Website

2.1You may use this website only for lawful purposes, such as learning about our services, viewing our portfolio, and requesting consultations or estimates. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or have consent of a parent or guardian, to submit forms or communicate with us via this website.

2.2You agree not to: copy, scrape, or harvest website content or data; upload viruses or malicious code; attempt unauthorized access to our systems; impersonate any other person; submit false inquiries; or use this website in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation or reputation.

Article 3 — No Contract Formed Through Website

3.1Information on this website, including service descriptions, project photographs, and any pricing references, does not constitute an offer, bid, or binding estimate. All construction, design-build, and development services are provided solely under a separate written agreement signed by all parties.

3.2Residential home improvement work is done only under a written contract meeting New York General Business Law Article 36-A standards, including required license disclosures and notice of your right to cancel within three (3) business days. 3.3Submitting a contact form or estimate request does not create a contractor-client relationship. Scheduling, site visits, and proposals remain subject to availability, site conditions, permitting, engineering review, and a signed agreement. Luxuriad LLC may decline any project at its sole discretion.

Article 4 — Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

4.1This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or noninfringement. Use of this website and its content is entirely at your own risk.

4.2To fullest extent permitted by law, Luxuriad LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this website or any content, links, or information it contains.

4.3You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxuriad LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of this website or its content.

Article 5 — Governing Law and General Provisions

5.1These Terms are governed by laws of State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this website shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York, and you irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction there.

5.2If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver. These Terms, with incorporated policies, form your entire agreement regarding website use.
