Any information exchanged under a signed construction agreement is governed by that agreement and by applicable New York law.

Effective as of September 27, 2026. Continued use of our website after any update constitutes acceptance of all revised terms.

2.1Information you provide: first and last name, email address, phone number, property or project site address, requested service type, estimated budget, and any message details submitted through our contact form, estimate requests, career inquiries, or direct email correspondence to info@luxuriad.com.
2.2Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring pages, pages viewed, time on site, and approximate location, gathered through cookies, server logs, and analytics tools as described in our Cookie Policy. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data.
2.3This website is intended for adults. Luxuriad LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13). If we ever learn such information was submitted, we will delete it immediately from our records. Parents or guardians may contact info@luxuriad.com to request removal.
