Leadership
Luxuriad is led by Founder Kevin Illescas and Managing Member Jesus Hernandez, a service-disabled veteran whose majority ownership makes Luxuriad a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business. Each brings more than 15 years of experience. Kevin's background in structural engineering, architecture, and construction management guides every project, Jesus brings field leadership and operational discipline to every site, and together they direct the work.

Our team reflects the communities we build in, bringing together people from many backgrounds, trades, and experiences, united by one standard of work. We partner with skilled tradespeople, licensed specialty contractors, and design professionals chosen solely for the quality and reliability of their work, and every person on our sites is held to that same standard every day.
Culture
Field discipline and continuous improvement define the culture here. Crews arrive on schedule, protect the property, maintain clean and orderly sites, and follow the project plan at every step. Each phase is photographed before the next begins, and lessons from every project carry forward, so owners receive work built to last and a site they are proud to show.
Expertise
Luxuriad's expertise is built in the field. In-house crews of masons, asphalt, carpentry, and tile professionals self-perform much of the work, and licensed trade partners join where a project requires them. The partner who first visits your site stays involved through completion, and every supervisor knows the full scope, so quality stays consistent and costs stay under control.
