This phase confirms that every element has been completed as agreed and that the client is fully satisfied, and it establishes the relationship that protects the investment for years to come. Scope
The post-construction phase includes a thorough inspection of completed work, resolution of punch-list items, delivery of documentation such as warranties, material information, and project photographs, and guidance on caring for new surfaces and systems, from sealcoating intervals for asphalt to winter care for masonry, natural stone, and other exterior finishes, so owners know how to protect their investment.
Approach
Closeout receives the same rigor as mobilization. A detailed walkthrough is conducted with the client, every question is answered, and the client leaves with a clear understanding of how to maintain the new space through each season. After completion, our team remains available for maintenance, seasonal service, and future phases, so the relationship continues well beyond final payment.
