Overview
General contracting is our core discipline. As a licensed, full-service general contracting firm serving residential and private estate, commercial and institutional, and infrastructure and development clients across the Hudson Valley, Luxuriad delivers site and building work under one contract, from mass excavation, utilities, and parking facilities to foundations, structure, and envelope, with the craftsmanship high-value properties require.
Scope
Our scope includes excavation, grading, storm drainage, and utility trenching; asphalt parking lots, curbing, sidewalks, bollards, ADA access, and striping; footings, foundations, and CMU; retaining walls and concrete; framing, carpentry, roofing, and siding; and additions, ground-up buildings, and renovations. In-house crews self-perform much of this work, with licensed trade contractors handling electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
Approach
Every general contract is planned in full before work starts. Each project begins with a defined scope and a clear proposal, subcontractors are vetted and insured, materials are procured through established supplier accounts, and change orders are documented before work proceeds. Owners receive regular updates, so the finished project reflects their vision and our standard throughout.
