Return and Refund Policy

Article 1 — Scope

1.1This Return and Refund Policy applies to deposits, fees, and any products or merchandise purchased through luxuriad.com. Our online store is currently being developed; product-specific return terms will be published on this page before any product becomes available for purchase through this website.

1.2Construction, design-build, development, and sitework services are custom work performed on your specific property. Any refunds, credits, and cancellation rights for those services are governed exclusively by your signed contract and by applicable New York State law, which controls over this Policy.

Article 2 — Right to Cancel

2.1Residential home improvement clients may cancel a signed home improvement contract without penalty within three (3) business days of signing, as provided in New York General Business Law Section 771. Written notice of cancellation must be given to Luxuriad LLC at its address stated in your contract.

2.2Advance payments received under residential home improvement contracts are held in trust as required by New York Lien Law Section 71-a and deposited as disclosed in your contract. Eligible advance payments are refunded in full following timely cancellation within timeframes required by New York law.

Article 3 — Non-Refundable Items

3.1Following any cancellation period, amounts paid for work already performed, materials ordered or fabricated, custom or special-order items, permit and engineering fees, design services rendered, and mobilization costs are non-refundable except as expressly provided otherwise in your signed contract.

3.2Consultation fees, site evaluation fees, and design retainers, where charged, are earned upon performance of services and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Any billing disputes should be directed to info@luxuriad.com, and we will respond in writing within five (5) business days.

Article 4 — Refund Process

4.1Approved refunds are issued to original payment method, including card payments processed through Stripe, within a reasonable time after approval. Processing time of your bank or card issuer may vary. Luxuriad LLC is not responsible for third-party service fees imposed by your financial institution.
