Article 1 — Our Commitment
1.1Luxuriad LLC, d/b/a Luxuriad Development, is committed to making luxuriad.com accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities, so every homeowner, estate owner, property manager, facility manager, and institution exploring our construction and development services can do so with ease.
1.2We aim to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by W3C, as our internal working standard. Accessibility is reviewed whenever new pages, forms, or interactive features are added, and we treat it as an ongoing obligation rather than a one-time compliance task.
Article 2 — Accessibility Measures
2.1Our measures include text alternatives for all project images, sufficient color contrast, full keyboard navigation, descriptive link text, clearly labeled form fields, resizable text without loss of content, captions for video materials where provided, and periodic testing with assistive technology.
2.2Some third-party content, such as embedded maps, social media feeds, and payment portals hosted by Stripe, may not fully conform to our own standard. Luxuriad LLC is not responsible for accessibility of third-party platforms, but we will gladly provide any information they contain in another format.
